I cannot speak highly enough of Felix Miles, my personal trainer at The Gym Group in Gloucester. From the moment I began working with Felix, it was clear that he is not only passionate about fitness and wellbeing, but also deeply committed to helping his clients achieve meaningful, lasting change.
After seven years of minimal exercise and poor dietary habits, I was in need of guidance, motivation, and structure. Felix has provided all of that and more.
