Online coaching fits in to your schedule seamlessly, providing expert coaching straight to your phone alongside support from your coach.
Hybrid Coaching with Virtue Training combines the best of both worlds; expert in-person coaching and a fully structured training plan to follow independently. You’ll receive 1–3 in-person sessions per week alongside a personalised gym programme, ongoing accountability and progress tracking via the Virtue Training app. This system ensures every part of your training is taken care of, eliminating guesswork and providing an efficient solution to achieving your fitness goals.
