During my youth, I played for Cheltenham Town FC, where I developed my skills and understanding of physical performance. After leaving Cheltenham Town, I continued my football career with several non-league clubs and currently play for Worcester City FC.
I dedicate a large proportion of my time to training, studying fitness methods and refining my approach to health.
