
Virtue Training was founded by me, Felix Miles. I am a qualified personal trainer based in Cheltenham, England. Health and fitness has always been a big passion of mine, fuelled by my background as a footballer and my consistent dedication to gym-based training.

During my youth, I played for Cheltenham Town FC, where I developed my skills and understanding of physical performance. After leaving Cheltenham Town, I continued my football career with several non-league clubs and currently play for Worcester City FC.
Through Virtue Training, I aim to share my expertise and help others to achieve their fitness goals by delivering the highest standard of coaching and programming.
